Colin Powell, the former US Secretary of State under George Bush, once said - "The day the soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help them or concluded that you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership."
For many of us from the millennial generation and beyond, the "you" is Google.
Every time we need to search something, we run to Google. Be it some information that we need, or an idea that needs to be refined, Google helps us.
Need to Buy something, Google It. Need to read something, Google It. Need to travel somewhere, Google It. For every why, when, where, what and how, Google out there has an answer.
Google has changed from a noun to a verb.
Do people run up to you, to solve their problems? Do they look up to you for inspiration, ideas, help et al?
Do they think you can answer all their quandaries? Do they think that you can show them a crystal clear way in a misty path?
